A Taste of Trinbago is a sample of our unique fusion of culture, traditions, flavors all brewed together in a large melting pot ..with a dash of spice representing the essense of a true trini.... About us...Our food is all made with a dash of love and good ole trini spices...that only a trini hand can create. A well known trini saying comes to mind.."too much cooks spoils the pot"... when i think of my kitchen where everyone likes to add their flavor to 'my' pot.
